We're looking for a creative UI/UX developer who can bring business stories to life through clean, intuitive, and visually strong dashboard designs. You'll work closely with our BI and Analytics teams to translate complex requirements into clear design systems, layout structures, interaction patterns, and compelling visual narratives. Your work will set the standard for how insights are consumed by business stakeholders across multiple domains.

What Youll Do

You'll spend most of your time understanding the business problem, shaping the storytelling direction, and crafting designs that guide how our BI engineers build dashboards. This includes designing user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity layouts in Figma (or any preferred tool). You'll collaborate with product owners, analysts, and engineers to make sure every dashboard has purpose, clarity, and a premium user experience. Youll also maintain a consistent design language, create reusable components, and support teams during implementation to keep the visual integrity intact.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into dashboard wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Create design systems and style guides tailored for BI and reporting products.
• Shape the storytelling flow across dashboards to ensure insights are intuitive and easy to consume.
• Partner with BI engineers, analysts, and product managers through the full design cycle.
• Build reusable templates, components, and visualization patterns for future dashboards.
• Validate designs through feedback cycles with business and tech teams.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across all screens.
• Guide implementation and provide detailed specifications for the engineering team.

Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of strong UI/UX design experience with exposure to BI, reporting, or analytics products.
• Solid command over design tools like Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and color theory.
• Experience designing dashboards, data-heavy products, or enterprise reporting interfaces.
• Ability to understand KPIs, metrics, and data stories and turn them into meaningful experiences.
• Good communication and stakeholder-handling abilities.
• Understanding of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik) is a strong advantage.

Good to Have

Experience working with large enterprise clients, comfort with agile work environments, and an interest in building scalable design frameworks.
