Job Description

VueOps

Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual clarity.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
Contribute to and maintain our design system and component library.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve design decisions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving product requirements.

Requirements:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
Experience of working on SaaS-based products.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process, from research to final UI.
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, styles), and optionally tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Familiarity with working alongside developers and understanding design feasibility.
Awareness of accessibility and mobile-first design best practices.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

VueOps

This position will be filled through our sister organization, vConstruct, which is based in India.
