UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and visually compelling.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize designs.
• Develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user input.
• Maintain a consistent design language across platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, web/mobile standards, and usability best practices.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, and color.
• Good communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Overtime pay
