UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Zelestra's Digital Hub India, your role will involve ensuring user-centered design practices by conducting user research and usability testing to understand user needs. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to develop engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Collaborating with product managers and developers, you will implement designs that are consistent with branding and design guidelines, focusing on creating responsive, mobile-friendly, and accessible designs to enhance user experience. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will conduct A/B testing and usability studies, iterating designs based on user feedback. Staying updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, you will have the opportunity to experiment with new design concepts and propose improvements that contribute to the company's mission of building a better future. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX or interaction design, along with a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript would be advantageous. Your experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms, coupled with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, will be key to your success in this position.
