As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life from concept to execution - ensuring every design decision enhances usability and drives results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Design and deliver high-quality, user-friendly interfaces and websites for web and mobile platforms.

• 
  Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and final visual designs aligned with business goals and user needs.

• 
  Conduct user research, concept testing, and usability studies to validate design decisions.

• 
  Translate complex information into simple and engaging design solutions with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and color systems.

• 
  Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and UX best practices to ensure fresh and innovative solutions.

• 
  Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design quality throughout the development cycle.

• 
  Continuously analyze user behavior and performance metrics to optimize and enhance digital experiences.

• 
  Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.

• 
  Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align designs with overall business and brand strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product or agency environment.

• 
  Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interface design, user flows, and interaction design.

• 
  Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).

• 
  Solid understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and user psychology.

• 
  Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.

• 
  Knowledge of front-end frameworks and development processes (a plus, not required).

• 
  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• 
  Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
