UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven UI/UX Designer who can craft stunning user experiences and bring interfaces to life with motion using Rive or LottieFiles. You’ll play a crucial role in designing intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications, and enhance user engagement through smart, scalable micro-interactions and animations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design

 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile

applications.

 Translate product and user requirements into intuitive interfaces.

 Conduct UX research and gather feedback to refine flows and components.

 Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

2. Micro-Animations & Interactions

 Design and implement smooth micro-interactions and animations using Rive or

LottieFiles.

 Create animated assets like loading icons, onboarding sequences, button effects, and

illustrations.

 Optimize animations for performance and seamless integration with development

platforms (React, Flutter, Web, etc.).

 Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure accurate implementation of animated

elements.

Requirements:

 0–1 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

 Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

 Strong understanding of UX principles, mobile-first design, and design systems.

 Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and spacing.

 Ability to communicate design ideas and decisions clearly.

Nice-to-Have:

 Experience with Rive or LottieFiles for interactive motion design.

 Experience with After Effects and Bodymovin (for custom Lottie animations).

 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Flutter.

 Familiarity with Git or developer collaboration tools.

 Experience designing for fintech or consumer apps.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
