• We are building a new data quality platform designed to help our data engineers/ analyst ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of their data.
• This tool will provide a comprehensive view of data health, identify potential issues, and offer actionable insights to improve data integrity.
• We need a talented UX designer to help us create an Clientive and powerful user experience that transforms complex data into clear, easy-to-understand insights for our users.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct User Research:
• Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand our users needs, pain points, and workflows related to data quality.
• Design & Prototype:
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for key features of the platform, including dashboards, data validation rules, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate on a Solution:
• Work closely with product managers, data analyst, and engineers to translate user requirements and technical constraints into elegant design solutions.
• Iterate and Refine:
• Use feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve designs and ensure a user-centered approach.
• Maintain Design Consistency:
• Contribute to and utilize our design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across the entire platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven UX Expertise:
• A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, from research to final high-fidelity mockups.
• Experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, or B2B/enterprise software is a significant plus.
• Proficiency with Design Tools:
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools like

  Figma or Sketch.

• User-Centered Mindset:
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
