UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design

As a UI/UX Designer at OfBusiness, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for designing customer-facing products and admin platform experiences. With 3-5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to create clean, intuitive, and business-aligned designs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end design process, integrating business requirements with user needs, and collaborating with product managers, developers, and fellow designers. You will conduct user research, gather feedback, and run usability tests to deeply understand the needs of both internal users and external customers. Data-driven decisions will be a key aspect of your role, as you use tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to guide design improvements. You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, iterating designs based on feedback and ensuring responsive design excellence across devices. Continuous improvement will be a focus as you refine designs based on real-world feedback and evolving business needs. You will also lead the design of admin portals with complex workflows, multi-layered user roles, and data-heavy interfaces, simplifying complexity through thoughtful UX patterns and well-structured UI. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, experience in designing admin platforms or internal tools with complex workflows, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in agile environments. Familiarity with analytics tools, design thinking principles, and excellent communication skills are also required.
