UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using design tools like CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Figma. It will be essential to ensure responsive design implementation, conduct user research, and stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. - Utilize design tools like CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Figma to create visually appealing designs. - Ensure responsive design implementation and optimize designs for different devices. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices. - Provide innovative solutions to enhance user engagement and experience. - Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery. - Develop interactive UI components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. - Work on frontend development (basic level) to implement UI designs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field. - 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer. - Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on experience in CorelDraw, Photoshop, and web design. - Knowledge of upcoming design trends and user-centered design principles. - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. - Experience in conducting user research and implementing feedback into designs.
