UI/Ux Designer - Third Party Payroll

In this role as a UX Designer, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement interactive and responsive user interfaces. - Translating design wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. - Maintaining and improving the front-end architecture and codebase for better performance and maintainability. - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in UX development. - Assisting in the creation of design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
