UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that are intuitive and easy to use. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics. Review junior designers" work to ensure high quality. Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services. Increase user-friendliness in digital products. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing and client projects. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. The ideal candidate for this role should possess observation skills to fetch accurate information insights, strong research and analytical skills, creativity in conceptualization, openness to suggestions in a positive way, knowledge of the industry and up-to-date on industry trends, ability to explain complex concepts in a simple design, and the ability to think and act like an end-user and understand the business of customers. Must-have skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), experience in using UX design best practices for designing solutions, a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design, the ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients, the ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision, and staying up to date with all industry trends and best practices. Good to have skills include experience in using video editing tools, creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps, proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc., and a portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.,
