UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our products. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal usability and visual appeal.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Translate conceptual ideas into concrete designs that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and successful implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, highlighting your creative skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, and similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, layout, and iconography.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions to various stakeholders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics for UI is an added advantage
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
