As a User Experience (UX) Designer at our company, your primary responsibility will involve conducting user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points using various methods like surveys, interviews, and usability testing. You will play a crucial role in organizing and structuring content in an intuitive manner that is easy for users to navigate, ensuring a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research using methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing - Organize and structure content to enhance user navigation - Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes - Design visual elements such as layout, typography, color, and imagery - Develop user interactions including navigation, animations, and feedback mechanisms - Evaluate design usability through user testing and gather feedback for improvements - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders - Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience - Knowledge of accessibility standards for users with disabilities - Up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
