Role Overview

Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create intuitive UI/UX designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using
Figma / Adobe XD
Collaborate with product managers and developers to convert requirements into clear design flows.
Build responsive front-end screens using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and optionally
React/Typescript
Ensure visual consistency across components, layouts, and design systems.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
Contribute to UX improvements, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Understand enterprise workflows and design interfaces that are functional, scalable, and user-friendly.

Required Skills & Experience

34 years of professional experience in
UI/UX design
and
frontend development
.
Strong expertise in
Figma
and Adobe design tools.
Solid understanding of
responsive design
, typography, color theory, and component-based design.
Practical experience with
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Typescript preferred).
Experience designing or implementing
enterprise-level applications
(dashboards, admin panels, B2B SaaS, complex workflows).
Good communication skills and ability to translate needs into clean design solutions
