Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can create clean, intuitive, and scalable designs for AI-driven products, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and automation tools The role requires strong product thinking, fast execution, and the ability to convert complex ideas into simple user experiences

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design for Web & Mobile products
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens
Design intuitive experiences for complex AI features
Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing
Build dashboards, data visualizations, and AI-based interfaces
Create and maintain a scalable Design System
Work closely with Product, Engineering & AI/ML teams for delivery
Provide clear design specifications and support during development/QA

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Expert in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
Strong in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; motion UI is a plus)
Strong UX skills flows, wireframes, IA, usability testing, accessibility
Experience with AI-based systems, SaaS platforms, dashboards
Ability to visualize complex data with clean layouts
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Preferred Skills

Experience in EdTech / HRTech / FinTech / SaaS platforms
Motion design & micro-interactions
Ability to manage multiple design projects
Knowledge of accessibility standards & responsive design
