As an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences across web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs. - Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Developing aesthetically pleasing UI designs while ensuring seamless user interactions. - Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. - Establishing and maintaining design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines. - Conducting A/B testing and gathering feedback to enhance user experience. - Optimising designs for different screen sizes and platforms. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or others. - Motion graphics experience is a plus, but not mandatory. - Knowledge of user psychology, interaction design principles, and accessibility guidelines. - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. - A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
