UI/UX Designer

Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing startup. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the design of both our mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver clear, user-centered design solutions from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to final handoff for both mobile and web projects
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into practical, user-centered designs
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
• Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback to improve and iterate on designs
• Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing both mobile app and website design work
• Skilled in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Great communication skills, you can explain your design choices clearly to both technical and non-technical team members
• Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team
• Available to work from our office five days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
