UI/UX Designer (Motion, Graphic, and Interface Design)

You are a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, and User Interface (UI) Design. Your role involves transforming complex user needs and business goals into engaging, accessible, and visually appealing digital experiences. Your primary focus will be on delivering pixel-perfect UI designs across web, mobile, and native applications. Your responsibilities include creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, designing motion graphics and animations, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives, conducting user research and usability testing, ensuring accessibility and usability in all designs, developing creative assets, icons, graphics, and motion visuals, maintaining design consistency, working closely with developers and other designers for seamless implementation, and presenting design ideas to stakeholders for feedback. You should have 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, and visual design, proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, strong ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces, experience in creating animations and interactive designs, knowledge of prototyping tools and user testing methodologies, experience in designing for web, mobile, and native applications, strong creative and analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, clear communication of design concepts, effective collaboration skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.,
