UI/UX Designer Marketing Websites (13 years experience)

with strong expertise in

website design for marketing and branding

. This role is ideal for a designer who combines

visual creativity, UX thinking, and conversion-focused design

to build stunning, high-performing websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling, brand-consistent websites and landing pages optimized for marketing, campaigns, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and development teams to bring concepts to life with a focus on business goals and user conversion.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and responsive layouts that look pixel-perfect across devices.
  • Apply strong graphic design principles to develop layouts, typography, iconography, and imagery that align with brand identity.
  • Conduct user behavior research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to continuously improve website performance.
  • Ensure websites follow best practices in UX, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries for marketing assets.
  • Stay updated on design trends, web technologies, and marketing UX best practices.
What Were Looking For
  • Experience: 13 years of experience designing marketing websites, brand pages, and digital campaigns (portfolio required).
  • Must-have Skills:
  • Strong visual and graphic design ability with a modern, clean aesthetic.
  • Expertise in website/landing page design focused on conversion and marketing impact.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX for marketing websites (CTAs, lead forms, information hierarchy).
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web design.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and engineering teams.
  • Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with motion/interaction design for marketing pages (e.g., micro-animations, Lottie).
  • Familiarity with analytics and CRO tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, A/B testing platforms).
  • Understanding of basic front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS awareness to work closely with developers).
  • Exposure to branding and campaign design beyond websites.
