Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Kronovate Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across web and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams to translate requirements into seamless user journeys and high-fidelity designs.

This role requires a balance of user research, interaction design, and visual design expertise. You will play a key role in shaping product usability, maintaining design consistency, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and digital products
• Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, and wireframes
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and design systems
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and UI components
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (agency or product-based preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
