Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, conceptualizing design ideas, and transforming them into visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.

You will collaborate closely with developers, graphic designers, and project managers to create intuitive layouts, smooth navigation flows, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and has a strong eye for design, usability, and interaction.

The right candidate should have a solid understanding of the user-centered design process, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems, along with a passion for solving real-world problems through design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user behavior and improve usability.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of UI designs.

Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints using guidelines and style systems.

Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure designs align with brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.

1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

Knowledge of user research methods, persona creation, and usability testing.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Prototyping Tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Axure.

Familiarity with motion design or basic animation tools (After Effects).

Understanding of front-end development workflows and interaction design.

Basic graphic design or branding experience.

Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
