UI/UX Designer

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a creative UI UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. You will ensure that every element of the digital user experience is optimized for usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal while maintaining consistency with our brand identity.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for crafting adaptive and innovative design solutions, with a strong focus on user-centric problem solving. You should stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in user experience and interface design to deliver modern, impactful, and seamless digital experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Develop engaging graphics for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design brand collaterals such as brochures, banners, presentations, and infographics.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual assets.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to align design goals with business objectives.
• Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Education and requirement

• Graduate with a background in Design.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred).
• Prior experience in the fintech domain will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
