Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift: 02.00 PM – 10.30 PM | Working Days: Monday – Friday

Our Mumbai team plays a critical role in supporting North American operations while driving impactful digital growth strategies. We are now looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
• Create visually engaging and user-centric UI designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices and platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
