Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer at LGHC, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging, creating and maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting Salesforce issues, and integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. You will also be translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, providing technical support, and building and customizing objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components to support HVAC sales cycles, service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules. Additionally, you will support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize HVAC technician scheduling, routing, and dispatching. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience - 5+ years of experience in SFDC Architecture - Required Salesforce Certifications: Architecture Track - Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com) - Strong knowledge of the SFDC Data Model across various clouds/products and significant data modeling experience - Experience in architecting solutions on Experience Cloud, Health Cloud - Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries - Knowledge of Vlocity/Omnistudio (Salesforce Industries) - DevOps experience for CI/CD using Copado In addition to a competitive salary and performance bonuses, you will have opportunities for professional growth and Salesforce certifications, paid sick time, exposure to both Indian and Canadian business environments, and a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.
