Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with exceptional proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design trends, and usability norms to create engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• User Interface Design:
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for websites, mobile apps, and software products.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• User Experience Optimization:
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences and design implementation.
• Branding and Visual Design:
• Design graphics, icons, and other visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products.
• Research and Innovation:
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, usability guidelines, and emerging technologies.
• Test designs for usability and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure project alignment.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills:

• Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Prototyping Tools: Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus.
• UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles.
• Front-End Basics (Preferred): Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.
• Knowledge of usability testing tools like Hotjar or UserTesting.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
