UI/UX Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at JellyBean, you will play a crucial role in creating modern and visually appealing designs for our web and mobile platforms. You will be a key member of the User Experience & Design team, responsible for shaping the visual language of products that cater to both Jellybean and its clients. Your innovative ideas will define how users engage with our applications in the sharing economy, making you a pioneer in the services space. Collaborating closely with Developers, Brand Managers, Marketers, and Visual Designers, you will craft engaging designs that align with business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility. Your expertise as a UI designer will be put to use as you transform wireframes and concepts into polished solutions and final mocks. Your responsibilities will include participating in client calls to understand their requirements, evaluating those requirements to develop Information Architecture, wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, and personas for ensuring UI consistency. You will guide and maintain UX consistency across all platforms, set delivery expectations, provide project estimates, and focus on creating reusable user experience assets that support core UX efforts. Working alongside developers and client teams, you will ensure efficient implementation and testing of designs into the product. To excel in this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in tools like Sketch, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Invision, Balsamiq, Axure, and After Effects, and a strong understanding of contemporary design styles, mobile responsiveness, and interaction design. A portfolio demonstrating your work on web and mobile applications, expertise in brand identity and style guide design, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Your proactive approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to handle multiple projects effectively will be valuable assets in improving the customer experience visually and functionally. The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with excellent communication skills, relevant educational qualifications, and a proven track record of 4-5 years in a UX design role.
