UI/UX Designer

As a designer, you will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and responsive designs. Additionally, you will be designing graphic user interface elements using tools like Adobe and Photoshop. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design issues/problems and provide effective solutions. - Make strategic designs and decisions related to core functions and new features. - Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality and appearance. - Occasionally convert designs into HTML code following standard practices. - Take a user-centered design approach, test designs rapidly, and iterate as necessary. - Utilize a wide range of media and stay updated on the latest graphic design software. - Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with preference for experience in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. - Proficiency in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, and Dreamweaver. - Strong vision for UI design and the ability to provide effective solutions. - Sound knowledge of color usage and extensive experience in applying UX design best practices. - Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. - Ability to comprehend project requirements in detail. - Proficiency in representing content, graphics, and relevant elements in mockup designs. - Clear understanding of user-centered design and design thinking. - Excellent command of the English language to communicate effectively with clients.
