UI/UX Designer Intern

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer intern to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric digital experiences for our services. You will collaborate closely with product BDE, developers, to design intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions that align with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and refine designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user's perspective is considered in all design decisions.
• Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design specifications are met and maintained.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• A passion for creating compelling and intuitive user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
