What You’ll Be Doing

• Design clean, functional, and aesthetic UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows for websites, apps, and landing pages.
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points and improve user experience.
• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and digital marketers to bring experiences to life.
• Adapt and optimize designs for responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Apply UX principles and brand guidelines while bringing your unique style.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions—no idea is too far-fetched.
• Analyze user behavior, flows, heatmaps, and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Uizard, Galileo AI, Firefly, ChatGPT) to boost your workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX patterns, and AI-powered UI tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers welcome—creativity and curiosity are key.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator; exposure to AI-based UX tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UX heuristics, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills, design thinking, and problem-solving.
• Research-driven, self-motivated, and eager to dive into user psychology.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
