Job Description

Location Preference: Bangalore India Experience: 8-10 yrs of relevant Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize and design prototypes for solutions and POCs. Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered web portals and applications using tools such as Figma or similar platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design artifacts that align with project requirements and user needs. Apply expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to ensure designs enhance usability and engagement. Conduct design research and incorporate user feedback into iterations to refine solutions. Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless transition of designs into functional implementations on the HCL Total Experience platform. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to maintain a high standard of creativity and innovation. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web portal designs, prototypes, and POCs. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Experience designing for complex, enterprise-level platforms or applications
