Job Description

Job Summary:

AUI/UX Designeris responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital interfaces by combining user research, interface design, and iterative testing to optimize the product experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design graphic UI elements like menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation, and search fields.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability tests to understand user behaviors and needs.
Present draft designs and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Identify and resolve UX issues, improve accessibility, and refine layouts based on user feedback.

Skills & Qualification:

Proficiency in wireframing and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong visual design skills in typography, color theory, and layout.
Should have 1-5 years of experience in the similar role.
Familiarity with user research, information architecture, user flows, and usability principles.
Good understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work and process.
