UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4 years of hands-on experience in designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of . Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups based on user requirements and business needs.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs and enhance usability.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to improve design processes.
• Design graphics, icons, and UI elements for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user flows, and interaction design.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions for enhanced user experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for visual design.
• Good knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and accessibility guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
