As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and the design team to create engaging designs that meet both business and user needs. Your responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mock-ups using Figma as the primary tool. You will also be responsible for maintaining design systems for consistency across platforms, conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior to refine designs. Additionally, applying strong visual design skills such as color theory, typography, and layout will be crucial for aesthetic and functional designs. Finally, you will prepare assets for a smooth developer handoff and contribute to branding, marketing creatives, and design documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree Location: - Trivandrum In addition to the above details, the company is looking for a candidate with proficiency in Figma, along with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Sketch. A strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems is essential. The ideal candidate should have a portfolio demonstrating design process, problem-solving, and visual craft. A creative mindset with attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills is highly valued. Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or event-based platforms, as well as knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, would be a bonus.
