Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 46 years of professional experience in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases problem-solving, attention to detail, and creative design solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance user experience. Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to support design decisions. Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and maintain design systems/style guides. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 4–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Experience with mobile-first and cross-platform design. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout. Familiarity with HTML/CSS (knowledge of front-end development is a plus). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
