UI/UX designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 46 years of professional experience in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio that showcases problem-solving, attention to detail, and creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  
• Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance user experience.
  
• Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to support design decisions.
  
• Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms and maintain design systems/style guides.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data.
  
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
  
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  
• Experience with mobile-first and cross-platform design.
  
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
  
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (knowledge of front-end development is a plus).
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
