UI/UX Designer (Fresher) – with Project Coordination Expertise

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer (Fresher) with strong project coordination skills. The ideal candidate will support the design and development teams in creating seamless digital experiences while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements.
• Assist in user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and support team communication.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance UI/UX and streamline workflows.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
