About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Support the head of sales directly with deal-specific action items, tracking, and communications 2. Demonstrate excellent client-facing presence in written and live communications 3. Own and manage sales operations including reporting, performance tracking, and pipeline governance 4. Act as a key partner to the head of sales for running day-to-day operations, driving cadence, and following up on key priorities 5. Provide program and project management support for strategic sales initiatives and cross-functional collaboration 6. Identify opportunities to improve and standardize sales processes, tools, and templates 7. Coordinate and support team initiatives including hiring, onboarding, development, and team engagement activities 8. Build and maintain high-quality sales dashboards, trackers, and documentation 9. Collaborate with global teams such as GTM, customer success, and finance to enable a smooth sales engine 10.
