As a UI/UX Designer at Evoort Solutions, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and developing wireframes and prototypes to optimize UI/UX for customer engagement and conversion in various industries including Lifestyle, Fashion Jewelry, and IT. Here are the key responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centric designs. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to refine design decisions. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications. - Ensure design consistency across platforms while aligning with brand aesthetics and industry trends. - Optimize UI/UX for customer engagement and conversion, particularly in fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, and IT industry markets. - Work with developers to implement UI designs effectively, ensuring smooth interactions and animations. - Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices. In order to excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Experience in designing for technology, e-commerce, lifestyle brands, or high-engagement consumer platforms is a plus. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design feasibility (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory). - Ability to conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability testing to improve designs iteratively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly. - Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects, especially in fashion, jewelry, or similar consumer-driven industries.
