UI/UX Designer

Emergio Games is looking for a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can design high-quality brochures, social media creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to visualize and execute branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing collaterals for training and development programs.
• Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Build visually appealing UI/UX layouts for websites, landing pages, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital promotional content.
• Develop branding materials such as banners, presentations, newsletters, and ad creatives.
• Ensure design consistency with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
• Work on design revisions based on feedback from the marketing and operations team.
• Prepare assets for both online and print formats.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or XD).
• Experience in brochure designing, layout creation, and typography.
• Strong creativity and ability to convert ideas into visuals.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframe creation.
• Ability to design for digital campaigns (social ads, website banners, event creatives).
• Basic knowledge of color theory, spacing, and branding elements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, multimedia, visual arts, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic/UI/UX design.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
