UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: At EG, we develop software for our customers with a focus on advancing industries and tackling challenges such as resource use, efficiency, and sustainability. As a UI/UX Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for defining user experiences, shaping visual design, and leading the development of scalable design systems. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product Managers, and Developers to drive product growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms. - Apply deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design to enhance product usability for all users. - Lead Product Concretization workshops and work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into meaningful user experiences. - Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other relevant tools. - Define and document UI components, design tokens, and interaction guidelines. - Mentor fellow UX designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture. Qualification Required: - 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing systems thinking, visual craft, and accessibility-aware solutions. - Proven track record of working with SaaS products for a global audience. - Deep expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and systemization of UI components. - Familiarity with design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enhanced design tools. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI implementation patterns.
