Role Overview: As a UI/UX Specialist on our team, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, user-friendly products that align with our business goals and exceed user expectations. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating clear communication and technical discussions.

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI/UX
• Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of user-system interaction
• Ability to present and defend design decisions based on the overall design roadmap and individual design thinking and principles
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the dynamics of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to completion
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to refine and enhance the user experience
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Assess existing applications for UI/UX effectiveness
• Advocate for UI/UX best practices and standards throughout the design and implementation process

Must-Have Skills:

• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with wireframes
• Experience with user research
• Experience with web and mobile app design

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Miro
• Worked with Agile framework

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
