Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Digiwagon Technologies, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to create intuitive and user-centric web application experiences. Your role will involve designing visually compelling interfaces, developing wireframes and prototypes, optimizing user journeys, and maintaining a consistent visual language across design systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for engineering-focused web applications. - Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design intent. - Optimize navigation, layout, and overall user journey to drive user engagement and task efficiency. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback for continuous UX improvements. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product goals. Design System Ownership: - Take full ownership of Digiwagon's design system to ensure consistency across all platforms. - Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and scalable design guidelines for efficient product development. - Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to ensure alignment across teams. - Promote a design-first mindset within the organization by championing design systems and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. - Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams. - Previous experience in tech-based environments is a plus.
