UI/UX Designer & Developer-Urgent Hiring

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Conducting user research to understand customer needs and behaviors. - Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides for consistency. - Conducting usability testing and iterating on feedback to improve the user experience. - Ensuring accessibility (WCAG, ADA compliance) and cross-platform compatibility. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design & front-end development. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch or Photoshop for designing wireframes & prototypes. - Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) is preferred. - Experience with CSS frameworks like CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI is preferred. - Experience with Git version control and frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, or Gulp) is preferred. Additionally, the following soft skills would be beneficial for this role: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders. - Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment. It would be nice to have the following skills: - Ability to convert UI designs into responsive and interactive web applications. - Developing UI components using HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), JavaScript, and React/Vue.js. - Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimizing performance for fast loading speeds. - Working with REST APIs to integrate frontend components with backend services. - Collaborating with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.
