UI/UX Designer AI Division (Web Applications & Dashboards)

You will be joining E2M AI Division's fast-moving, tech-driven team focused on designing cutting-edge web tools and dashboards for AI products and internal platforms. Your role will involve leading end-to-end UI/UX design for web applications, developing dashboards and data-rich platforms tailored for enterprise/internal use, and applying UX best practices to create intuitive and impactful interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, frontend developers, and stakeholders to ensure clarity, simplicity, and efficiency in design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web applications, from discovery to final handoff. - Develop dashboards and data-rich platforms for enterprise/internal use. - Design wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and interactive prototypes. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback. - Establish and maintain design systems, patterns, and UI guidelines for consistency. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX roles, with a focus on web apps and dashboard design. - Proven portfolio showcasing enterprise dashboard and web application designs. - Proficiency in Figma (Must), Photoshop, Sketch/Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar tools. - Experience in designing responsive, data-rich interfaces. - Strong grasp of UX fundamentals, usability testing, and accessibility standards. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant UIs. - Bonus: familiarity with design systems, motion/micro-interactions, and AI/ML-centric products.,
