UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with hands-on experience in Figma to become a valuable member of our design team. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in transforming product requirements and user needs into captivating and functional user interface designs. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive and visually appealing UI for both web and mobile platforms using Figma, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure high-quality user experiences, creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, maintaining and enhancing design systems and UI guidelines, ensuring consistency in design elements across our product, conducting design reviews, and iterating designs based on feedback. Moreover, it is essential to stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver exceptional results. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in a tech or product-based company, proficiency in Figma with a strong grasp of components, auto-layout, prototyping, and collaboration features, a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design principles, familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have experience working with design systems such as Material Design, Bootstrap, etc., knowledge of other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop, a basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience working in agile/scrum environments.
