UI/UX Designer

You are a UI/UX Designer at Newton based in Gurgaon. Your role involves translating strategy, business requirements, and usability best practices into high-quality, customer-centric designs that align with Affle's vision for service-oriented enterprise design, brand, and business objectives. You should have at least 3 years of Professional UX/UI Design experience, and a portfolio is necessary for consideration. Collaborating across UX teams, product teams, and other groups is essential to understand business requirements and propose innovative solutions. Leading complex projects as a subject matter expert, ensuring optimal UX with on-time delivery, and collaborating with the engineering team are key responsibilities. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, and video editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro is required. You must articulate design rationale, uphold quality using design thinking, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your skills should include taking end-to-end ownership of design deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders, balancing user experience with business needs, and creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You should champion customer-centric, responsive/adaptive design methodologies, collaborate with UX researchers for testing, and develop lean design practices.
