UI/UX Designer

You will be joining AcadAlly, a fast-growing EdTech platform focused on revolutionizing student learning experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and create intuitive interfaces. You will design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring they align with AcadAlly's brand guidelines and enhance user engagement. Additionally, conducting user research, usability testing, and staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Your goal will be to optimize application screens and workflows for improved performance and usability, working closely with the development team for seamless implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into intuitive interfaces. - Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. - Create visually appealing UI elements aligned with AcadAlly's brand guidelines. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance user experience. - Optimize application screens and workflows for better performance and usability. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in EdTech or SaaS platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approach. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Experience with usability testing and user research methods. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
