UI/UX Design Intern

As a Design Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Your role will involve executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. You will need to conceptualize original ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks and create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Additionally, you will present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off - Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps - Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards - Understand product specifications and user psychology - Conduct concept and usability testing, gather feedback - Develop wireframes and prototypes based on customer needs - Solve UX problems using a creative approach - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers - Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends Qualifications Required: - Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred) In this role, you will also be expected to work in person at the specified work location.,
