UI/UX and Web Faculty

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX and Web Design Faculty to train and mentor students in the latest design principles, tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, front-end development, and industry-standard software/tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions on UI/UX and web design modules.
• Teach students design fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and usability testing.
• Provide hands-on training in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
• Guide students through practical projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends and technologies to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Support students with their showreel, project work, and placement preparation.
• Coordinate with the academic team to maintain high teaching and content standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong command of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and responsive frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in UI/UX or Web Design from a recognized institution.
• Experience with tools like Webflow, WordPress, or other no-code/low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of user research, personas, and analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
