Job Description

UI Path Trainee & Junior Developer About the Role: We are looking for a UI Path Trainee & Junior Developer to join our automation team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and eager to build automation solutions using UI Path . Key Responsibilities: Learn and develop automation workflows using UI Path . Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to understand automation requirements. Debug and optimize workflows for performance and scalability. Maintain proper documentation for developed bots and processes. Stay updated with UI Path best practices and industry trends. Requirements: For Trainee Role: Basic understanding of UI Path and RPA concepts. Knowledge of any programming language (Python, C#, Java, or VB). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to automation technologies. For Junior Developer Role: 6 months 2 years of experience in UI Path development . Hands-on experience with UI Path Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots . Understanding of selectors, data scraping, and workflow automation . Ability to integrate UI Path with APIs and databases . Familiarity with version control (Git) and debugging RPA processes. Preferred Skills: Certification in UI Path RPA Developer is a plus. Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and web automation . Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
