In this position, you will build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, solving a range of straightforward problems and analyzing solutions using standard procedures. You will receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, impacting the quality of your work and that of your team. Your work will be conducted within established guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will not have supervisory responsibilities but will offer informal guidance to new team members. You will solve problems in straightforward situations by utilizing your technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Your ability to explain complex information in simple terms will be essential.
